By accessing or using Odisho Salon’s website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms apply to all services provided by Odisho Salon, including in-person salon services, retail product sales, and any online interaction. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

• “Salon” refers to Odisho Salon, operating at CF Sherway Gardens Mall, Etobicoke, Ontario.
• “Client” refers to any individual using our services or purchasing products from Odisho Salon.
• “Services” refer to all hair care services, treatments, and related offerings provided at the Salon.

2. Salon Services and Client Obligations

• Clients must provide accurate and current information when booking appointments, including relevant allergies or medical conditions that may impact service outcomes.
• Clients are required to arrive on time for their appointments. Failure to do so may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, at the discretion of the Salon.
• The Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion if client behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the salon environment.

3. Booking, Payments, and Pricing

• All prices for services and retail products are provided in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable sales tax (HST).
• Payments for services are due upon completion of the service. The Salon accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
• The Salon reserves the right to modify its pricing structure at any time. Clients will be informed of any price changes at the time of booking or prior to receiving services.

4. Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows

• Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Failure to provide this notice may result in a charge of 50% of the service value.
• No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount for the missed appointment.
• The Salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies).

5. Product Refunds and Service Adjustments

• Products: Due to health and safety concerns, all sales of opened or used products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened products unless required by law. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.
• Services: If a client is dissatisfied with their service, they must notify the Salon within seven (7) days of their appointment. Adjustments to the original service will be made at no extra cost, at the discretion of the Salon, provided the issue falls within the scope of reasonable correction.

6. Promotions and Discounts

• Odisho Salon offers promotional discounts and giveaways from time to time. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions as outlined in each offer.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• The Salon reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Odisho Salon, its employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services or products provided, including but not limited to any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from the use of products or treatments, whether provided directly by the Salon or sold through our retail channels.

Clients are responsible for informing the Salon of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions prior to receiving services. Odisho Salon will not be liable for any failure by the client to disclose this information.

8. Privacy Policy

Odisho Salon is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian privacy laws. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services, managing appointments, and improving client experiences. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your express consent unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding related to Odisho Salon, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and website design, are the intellectual property of Odisho Salon. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide services to you, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Odisho Salon reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time, and such changes will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of the website and services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
